PLEASE NOTE: AN ADDENDUM HAS BEEN ADDED TO EXTEND THE OFFER DEADLINE. ONE SIGNED COPY OF THIS ADDENDUM IS REQUIRED WITH ALL OFFERS. *EVALUATION IS BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE CRITERIA* Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a custom-engineered in-situ sample-environment system to support liquid/electrochemistry and heating, biasing, and gas applications, as described in the Statement of Work, “Custom-Engineered In-Situ Liquid/Electrochemistry and Heating/Biasing/Gas Sample-Environment Systems for the APS 26-ID X-Ray Nanoprobe,” dated July 30, 2026. Please review the Statement of Work for all required technical capabilities, and provide our documentation and evidence to support the offer's adherence to the requirements no later than 12pm CDT on August 18, 2026. We will need a response to the following documentation and considerations: 1. Completed and signed ANL-70 Request for Quotation 2.List of capabilities aligned with the Technical Requirements within the Statement of Work 3. Country of Origin* 4. Lead time from PO to final delivery to Argonne, Lemont IL, 60439 5. Completed and signed ANL-70B Reps and Certs Please send any questions to the Contracting Officer. We are looking forward to reviewing your offer. *Country of Origin should be consistent with the definition stated in FAR 52.225-I for Buy American-Supplies, in which "the cost of its components mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States exceeds 60 percent of the cost of all its components, except that the percentage will be 65 percent for items delivered in calendar years 2024 through 2028 and 75 percent for items delivered starting in calendar year 2029. Components of foreign origin of the same class or kind as those that the agency determines are not mined, produced, or manufactured in sufficient and reasonably available commercial quantities of a satisfactory quality are treated as domestic. Components of unknown origin are treated as foreign."
