Women's Committee Survey of underserved women

To find a vendor to design a survey that will be disseminated to women to gather information about lived experiences and recommendations aimed at improving substance use treatment and recovery outcomes for women in Illinois. The vendor will develop a survey, translate into Spanish, use online survey platform, work with stakeholders to recruit women (historically underserved and underrepresented), phone-based interviews when needed in English and Spanish, analyze data, and prepare final report.
