Window Replacements Herndon Building Change Order

ILSOS is entering into a change order with Adam's Trades and Service for the replacement of windows in the Herndon Building. The original solicitation indicated the estimated number of windows to be replaced and aimed to establish a set price per window. Upon evaluation of the available budget, the number of windows to be replaced accounts for an increase of $120,970 to the original estimated award amount. This change order will increase the maximum dollar amount to $224,124.
