Software Maintenance Quantum 600 Sole Source

The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a sole source contract with J&B Software for Software and Maintenance on the Quantum 600 machine for a term of July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023 in the amount of $115,450.32. See attached justification for additional details.
