Software Maintenance Quantum 600 Sole Source

The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a sole source contract with J&B Software for software and maintenance of the Quantum 600 machine for a term of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 in the amount of $169,409.68. See attached justification for additional details.
