This is a notice of intent to award a contract as a sole source to: Illinois Network of Child Care Resource and Referral Agencies to Expand on the existing effort and expand I/ECMH consultation to ECCE programs by training new consultants to implement the Illinois I/ECMHC Mode.The hearing will be canceled, see attachment for details, unless an interested party submits written comments or makes a written request for public hearing by Friday, April 3, 2020 at 4 p.m. to the info contact above.
