Description
ISBE has been directed by the CPO to cancel the 3-8 Assessment RFSP (Illinois Procurement Bulletin #22041975). Per 44 Ill. Admin. Code 1.2040(b)(1)E, a solicitation may be cancelled in whole or in part when the SPO determines in writing that the action is in the State's best interest for the following reason: the solicitation did not provide for consideration of all factors of significance to the State.
