Description
Pursuant to CPO Notice 2023.12, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations. Paper responses will not be accepted. For more details, please see the attachment Notice of Electronic Submissions Only. The Tollway seeks a qualified Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to provide Traffic Incident Management System (TIMS).
