RFI - Pullman Rear Erecting Shop; This is not a solicitation, it is a Request for Information Only

The State of Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) seeks ideas from interested parties for utilization of the existing Pullman Rear Erecting Shop (RES). Ideas should maintain the original footprint and exterior façade of the RES building, while retaining an overall linkage to the themes of the historic setting. The RES, located on the south side of Chicago, is currently unutilized by IDNR, and a compatible alternate use for structure could benefit public use of this site.
