ILSOS is exercising a 36-month renewal option, to begin January 1, 2022 and extend to December 31, 2024, for $377,051 for per year. The total estimated amount for the 36-month renewal is $1,131,153. This renewal term will not exceed $507,051 per year for a total maximum amount not to exceed $1,521,153 without a formal change order and amendment.
