Planning Consultant RFQ

The Illinois Power Agency is issuing this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking qualified and responsible experts or expert firms (Offerors) to serve as a Planning Consultant who will primarily assist the Agency with the development of the Agency's annual Electricity Procurement Plan, the biennial revision of the Long-Term Renewable Resources Procurement Plan, the annual Zero Emission Standard Payment Calculation Notice, and the Illinois Power Agency Annual Report.
