Legal services in connection with IHDA's response to the RFP Notice to be issued by HUD for a contract to provide HAP Contract Regional Support Services for Midwest subregion 2.2 of Illinois - Indiana. There is a BEP goal of 3% in this solicitation. IHDA encourages prospective vendors to hire qualified veterans and Illinois minorities, women, persons with disabilities and residents discharged from any Illinois adult correctional centers.
