Notice of CO 3: Northwestern and Diamond No. 5 Mines AML1407

CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:Final CO#3 is to adjust contract pay items to actual used for the contract. An additional field tile was discovered therefore an additional down drain was constructed. Per Article 108.07 stand by time was charge while design modifications were completed. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref. P-5765)
