Notice of Change Order: CO#4 Peabody Majestic 1413

IDNR giving Notice of change order: CO#4 is required to increase the contract in the amount of $12,947.45 for a new contract total of $2,999,078.60. This change order is a 0.4% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref. orig. contract - P-4139)
