Notice of Change Order: CO#2: Delta Collieries North III 1709

IDNR is giving Notice of Change Order: Contract change order is required to decrease the contract in the amount of $-13,759.66 for a new contract total of $1,336,875.14. This change order is a -1.0 % decrease to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref. original contract - P-4157)
