CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E for the needed additional materials and work. Contract change order is required to increase the contract in the amount of $4,934.50 for a new contract total of $44,814.34. This change order is a 12.4% increase to the current contract amount.
