Notice of Change Order: CO#1: Ellsworth Dam riprap and hauling

CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#1: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E to extend the contract until 11/30/2019 to allow the completion of the project that was delayed due to the weather. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract.(ref.original contract:P-3877)
