Description

CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#1: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E for the needed additional work. As the pits were dewatered a large volume of trash was discovered below the water level. In accordance with IEPA requirements, the trash must be removed and disposed off at a landfill.
