Notice of Change Order#3 -Bungalow Rd #1503

IDNR is giving Notice of a Change Order(CO#3). The Agency requires CO as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E to balance contract quantities with actual quantities required for construction. Contract change order is required to decrease the contract in the amount of $-6,110.00 for a new contract total of $740,422.36. This change order is -0.8% decrease to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract(ref.P-5418)
