Notice of Change Order #3-Blackhawk Rod & Gun Club#1602

NOTICE OF CHANGE ORDER: CO#3: DNR require additional materials and work due to the heavy spring rains & flooding events. Contract CO is required to increase the contract in the amount of $21,696.00 for a new contract total of $243,520.50 This change order is a 9.8% increase to the current contract amount. The circumstances surrounding these change orders were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change Orders #3 is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.(ref.orig. P-4151)
