Mortgage Loan Quality Control Review Renewal and Change Order

Renewal / Change Order Notice: IHDA intends to renew its contract with Adfitech for Mortgage Loan Quality Control Services. IHDA also intends to amend the contract at the time the Renewal increasing the overall not to exceed amount of the renewal contract 12/17/19-12/16/20 by $23,387.50. The circumstances said to necessitate the change in performance were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed and the Change Order is in the best interest of the State [720 ILCS 5/33E-9].
