EMERGENCY: The Illinois State Police requires the repair of the Emergency Vehicle Operations Course (EVOC) Track in Pawnee, Illinois. The EVOC track is utilized to train cadets and recruits to handle assigned squad cars during pursuit driving especially at high speeds.
