The City of Aurora seeks a Learning Management System (LMS) software platform to centralize city-wide employee training and development records, streamline the registration process, and deliver training content. This also includes tracking certifications and Job Performance Requirements, and supporting testing and employee development. The platform must allow the city to create, house, and deliver new training content, as well as access previously purchased content libraries and integrate these details with the City’s Human Resources Information System.
