Janitorial Services 12 locations Change Order

This Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a change order for 12 locations for Janitorial Services. The change order will be from July 1, 2020 through July 31, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 shut down, we were unable to re-bid services before the contract end dates. This change order is authorized under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9, See attached spreadsheet for additional details.
