Install - Bird Netting and Curtains, 126ARW, Scott AFB

The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for bird netting and curtain installation for two outdoor storage facilities. The attached document contains the complete Statement of RFO Compliance, Requirement Description, Line Item Structure (CLIN 0001), Site Visit Instructions, and all applicable RFO Provisions and Clauses (including specific quote submission instructions and evaluation factors). Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation attachment and the Statement of Work (SOW) in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
