IDFPR Exempt Procurement Notice - FY24 Expert Witness

IDFPR is executing an exempt contract with Dr. Paul Burcher (Contractor) to serve as an expert witness in the litigation of NIFLA V Schneider (16-50310) and Schroeder v Schneider (17-4663). Contractor brings extensive experience as both an obstetrician and gynecologist (OB/GYN) and bioethicist and his opinions are needed to help IDFPR establish the standard of care for providers' conscience-based objections to providing certain medical care.
