The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a change order with Henson Robinson for the HOF HVAC project due to the need for additional supports needing to be added under the display case. Some of this cost is offset by a credit to SOS for not needing four saw cuts on areas above the display cases. This accounts for a total increase of $6,418.57 as these changes were not foreseeable at the time of contract execution.
