Howlett East HVAC Upgrades- Best Interest of the State

ILSOS is entering into a contract with Clark Dietz to provide engineering services associated with the replacement of the existing HVAC system in the 1923 addition of the Howlett Building. Without these immediate repairs, ILSOS will be unable to heat or cool a quarter of the building. This contract is being procured in the best interest of the state and is estimated to cost $300,000 for the term of upon execution through December 31, 2025.
