Description
The Illinois Secretary of State is entering into a change order with Horizontech for scanning, data entry, and processing of various SOS applications. This change order is for the term of July 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021 for the amount not to exceed $200,000. These changes were unforeseen at the time of contract execution. This is authorized under 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.
