Freight Data & Forecasting IFB

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) seeks to purchase updated freight and commodity flow data to support the federally required Illinois State Freight Plan. This data will allow expanded analysis across all nine IDOT districts, including forecasting freight flows, identifying key corridors, assessing district-specific needs, refining performance measures, and informing programming recommendations. There is a 13% BEP goal and a 3% VBP goal associated with this solicitation.
