The following question was asked, and response follows: Q1. Please confirm Pairs or individual hinges? Pairs will be double the cost and enough hinges to do 456 gates. Individual will be half the price and enough to do 228 gates. A1. 228 PAIRS FOR A TOTAL OF 456 EA. Can you confirm they want 456 pairs. Not 456 individual hinges. They are typically sold as a set. The Rock Island Arsenal has a requirement for the following item. The Government intends to make a firm fixed price (FFP) award to the lowest priced, responsive, responsible vendor whose quote, conforms to the RFQ requirements and represents the lowest total evaluated price. Discussions are not anticipated.
