Exterior Masonry Restoration Service

The City of Aurora is seeking proposals from qualified masonry contractors to perform tuckpointing and mortar‑joint restoration services at the City‑owned facility located at 21 S. Broadway, Aurora, IL 60505. The scope of work includes the removal of deteriorated mortar, joint cleaning and preparation, installation of new mortar, brick replacement as required, and all associated restoration activities necessary to ensure a durable and uniform finish.
