EXEMPT RENEWAL NOTICE: Bond Counsel

EXEMPT RENEWAL NOTICE: THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. IHDA intends to renew its contracts with Bond Counsel. These renewals are being procured under IHDA's exemption from the Illinois Procurement Code (30 ILCS 500/1-10(b)(12)(B). These renewals remain subject to the review and formal approval of IHDA's Board in all respects. In the event IHDA's Board does not approve the renewals pursuant to a duly adopted Board Resolution, IHDA will not move forward with these renewals.
