The Illinois Power Agency issues this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking qualified and responsible experts or expert firms (Offerors) to serve as the independent Evaluator for the Illinois Solar for All Program. A brief background and description are set forth below. The Agency welcomes responses from qualified Offerors able and willing to meet these requirements.
