CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#3: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E to facilitate of old bridge remnants under the US 150/Gilbert Street Bridge. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. (ref. original contract: P-2919)
