CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E for additional 18,000 cubic yards of Earth Excavation-HWC (high wall cut). These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract.(ref. original contract - P-4691)
