CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#3: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E for the needed additional time to complete the project. Contract change order is required to extend the contract until 12/31/2020 with no change to contract amount.
