CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2: IDNR is giving notice of a change order.Contract change order is required to increase the contract in the amount of $77,829.00 for a new contract total of $450,908.10. This change order is a 20.9% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref. original contract P-5765)
