CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. Contract change order is required to increase the contract in the amount of $47,575.01 for a new contract total of $498,895.62. This change order is a 10.5% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9 and 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12. (ref. original contract - P-5493)
