CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E to increase the contract in the amount of $26,922.36 for a new contract total of $746,532.36. This change order is a 3.7% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. (ref. original contract: P-5418)
