CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#1: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E to facilitate relocation of the brush pile due to a landowner concern. The agreed unit price for the brush pile relocation increases the contract price by $5,908.42. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract.
