CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#1: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. Contract change order is required only to extend end date till 12/31/2019 and no increase to the contract amount ($0.00). The contract total amount remains the same at $411,299.50. This change order is a 0% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref.original contract - P-5919)
