CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#3: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. Contract CO#3 is required to increase the contract in the amount of $87,978.40 for a new contract total of $898,803.00 This change order is a 10.9% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref. original contract - P-8042)
