CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2 is required to increase the contract in the amount of $66,185.09 for a new contract total of $1,085,767.38. This change order is a 6.5% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract.
