CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#2. Contract change order is required to increase the contract in the amount of $152,047.20 for a new contract total of $2,986131.15. This change order is a 5.4% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref.original contract - P-4139)
