CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#1: IDNR is giving notice of a change order.Contract change order is required to increase the contract in the amount of $5,955.89 for a new contract total of $1,897,102.88 This change order is a 0.3% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9. (ref.original contract - P-7859)
