CHANGE ORDERS NOTICES:CO#1 is required to increase the contract in the amount of $9,074.08 for a new contract total of $1,350,634.80. This change order is a 0.7% increase to the current contract amount. These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract.
