DNR-OMM - CO#1 & CO#2 - Blackhawk Rod & Gun Club - 1602

CHANGE ORDERS NOTICES(1 & 2):CO#1 is required to increase the contract in the amount of $6,845.00 for a new contract total of $194,474.5. And CO#2 is required to increase the contract by $27,350.00 for a new contract total of $221,824.50 and extension of the contract from 12/31/2018 to 12/31/2019. This CO is a 14.1% increase to the current contract.These circumstances were unforeseeable at the time and germane to the original contract. Change order is in accordance with 720 ILCS 5/33E-9.
