CHANGE ORDER NOTICE:CO#10: IDNR is giving notice of a change order. The Agency requires change order as defined in 30 ILCS 500/1-15.12 and 720 ILCS 5/33E for the additional 3 month sheet piling rental costs, remobilization and escalation costs and identified labor and material escalation costs as well as other costs associated with restarting and finishing the project which was suspended due to the budget impasse-Capital Bill (FY16-FY17).(ref. original contract P-1917).
