CHANGE ORDER NOTICE - The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology is intending to enter into a change order with Clearwave Communications to move existing metro-ethernet service for SOS to a new location in Cairo,IL. This will result in an increase of $7,560.00 to the overall contract. Pursuant to 44 ILL.ADM. CODE 1.2067, the circumstances said to necessitate the change in performance were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was signed, also this change order is germane.
